I placed my order and the left lens was the wrong RX and I reached out but now replay. . I just want a correct one but still nothing. . .

I'm comparing these from a different brand I used on my Quest 2, which was cheaper than Reloptix.
The vision is clear, and the lenses are not blurry, so they do work as intended, but there are a few quality-of-life issues I wouldn't have expected, considering the price.
These lenses came in a cool knockoff Pelican case. However, when I took them out from their individual bags, they were covered in dust and debris (my Q2 brand came completely clean). The material these are made of feels much cheaper than the other brand I used. This material almost feels 3D printed and fragile.
There is a gap between the mount and the lens piece, which lets dust and other debris in. I always need to remove the lenses to clean the headset lenses, the inside of the Reloptix lens, and the outside.
The mounts were easy to align and push into the headset, and the removable lenses are easy to take in/out with the notches and pull tab. They do brush against my eyebrows with my AMVR facial interface in the middle position.

We will be sending you a return label to inspect these lenses and make sure they are to spec, redo anything that looks off and ship back with the quality and care we are known for. We apologize for the miss here. To touch a bit more on the frame to base lift, since we are field of view chasing with this design using a thin frame and lower bevel placement, there is natural lens curvature shown with high cylinder prescriptions. This does influence the frame to curve. To combat this and keep the lens from moving, we have developed a front clip system with posts in the rear and hidden magnets to avoid moving or accidental removal during workouts or gameplay. The lenses are easily removed incase you want to store them back in the lens bags for protection. As far as the material used, This is MJF multijet fusion Nylon 12 which is a form of 3d printing used across the medical industry. The nice thing about our product material is that it won't crack or deform over time unlike other materials that may appear official. We will be sending you a return label through email. My new Meta 3 was next to unusable with my glasses. I heard about reloptix and decided to give them a try. I could not be happier. The quality and service were excellent. If you wear glasses do not hesitate to order a set. I give them a score of 15 out of 10. Great product!!!!
